Service Description
Nourish yourself at home where you can feel save and protected. Find a quiet space, either on a yoga mat or on a fluffy carpet. Put on warm and cozy clothes, light some candles or incents, prepare a cup of herbal tea – create your Yoga space in a way if feels cozy and supportive. Make sure you have a blanket, a bolster (or pillow) and 2 Yoga blocks (or books) handy. In this practice, I will guide you through a variety of Yin Yoga poses that are meant to calm both, your body and your mind. In this practice, we want to reach the inner layers and the meridians. With poses held 3-5 minutes, we allow the fascia (our connective tissue) to let go. With soft compression followed by a release, we allow stagnant energy in our meridians to move. We are going to combine the Yin Yoga asanas with soft breathing techniques and somatic exercises to calm and regulate your nervous system. The practice will be accompanied with Sound Healing instruments such as chimes, singing bows and gong. Let the frequencies guide your mind and body into stillness.
Cancellation Policy
Registration entitles the participant to attend the booked session. The session is conducted via an online meeting and lasts 60 minutes. No prior experience is required. By registering, the participant confirms that they are physically fit to take part in sports activities and agrees to inform the course instructor in advance of any health limitations or pregnancy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sessions, courses, workshops, and 1:1 sessions in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as these events take place at a specific time or within a specific period. Advance payments are non-refundable. A session can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before it begins. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session, 100% of the session price will be charged. If sessions are canceled within the cancellation period (24 hours before the start) through the customer account, a credit (“Credit”) will be issued, which can be used to book a new session within the same course.
