Service Description

Yoga helps you relax and reduce stress. With calm postures and flowing movements, we stretch, strengthen, and mobilize the body. This allows us to strengthen our connection to our bodies and counteract imbalances that can arise, for example, from prolonged sitting or one-sided postures. We integrate the movements into deep, calm breathing, thus supplying the body with more oxygen. We focus our attention on the breath and the movements. Through mindfulness, we can calm our minds, release tension, and reduce stress. Both yoga beginners and advanced students are warmly welcome in this course! Variations are available for most exercises, for example, for those with physical limitations (please indicate this when registering).


Cancellation Policy

Eine gebuchte Session kann bis zum Start der Session umgebucht oder storniert werden. Bei Nichterscheinen sind die Gebühren des gebuchten Angebotes in voller Höhe fällig. Diese Regelungen gelten unabhängig vom Grund der Stornierung.
